24,400 young people face homelessness this winter throughout the UK
The local housing crisis has meant that our Floating Support Teams have been under pressure trying to ensure young people have somewhere to stay this Christmas.
There has been a considerable strain this week, both in temporary and emergency accommodation. Some young people have had to sleep rough and sofa surf, which is particularly tough at this time of year.
In response, we reached out to our amazing partners, Every Youth, who provided us with funds to secure a safe place for our young people to sleep and have a Christmas dinner.
