I’ve been a member of staff in MACS for almost 8 months. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, I’ve been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to work with not only an amazing staff team but also great young people. All of whom inspire me each and every day ?
My favourite part of my role is working directly with our young people both one to one and in our group activities. We’re just finishing up an 8-week programme with BEAMA which helped young men gain new skills in music creation and production.
