The part of my job I enjoy most is that no 2 days are the same. Each day will bring a new challenge, but there is great satisfaction from supporting a young person achieve their goal. They have always had a goal but maybe never had someone help them or believe in them. Working in MACS I am able to work off my own initiative and am fully supported by great leaders and team members in my practice. Feedback and alternative ideas are always available. ?
